Caring for your hand-painted bisque

Can I eat off of these dishes? Are they dishwasher safe?
Yes! All our paints and glazes are food safe! However, they should be hand washed to avoid possible problems over time. We recommend you treat your hand-painted pieces like fine china.

Can I microwave my bisque pieces?

No!  It is recommended that bisque pieces not be microwaved.

DELIVERY TIME

Items ship between 3-4 weeks (depending on the time of year). Please remember to add shipping time to you on top of this time frame. If a rush item is needed, please call to check availability.  Your confirmation email will contain an estimated shipping date.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Once an order has been started, no refunds can be given. We do not accept returns on custom items. If an error was made on our part, we will be happy to repaint and expedite shipping to replace the item. Please double check all information given and report any errors immediately.

PLACING ORDERS:

Orders can be placed via phone, mail, online or fax.  If you wish to order via telephone, a confirmation of your order will be mailed for your approval for accuracy.  Upon approval of the confirmation, painting will commence.  This will obviously delay your order for several days.

Personalized items are non-returnable.

Items are shipped UPS ground or standard USPS

PAYMENT METHODS

Money order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check (must include correct address, phone number, Drivers License Number and Work Number)

Painting will not commence until payment has cleared. There will be a $25 NFS fee for all returned checks.
